What will I do as a work from home agent?

The majority of our work is based on making and/or receiving customer calls via our internet phone system routed to your computer.

Are there any fees associated with working for or with Direct Interactions?

This is a legitimate work from home job opportunity and there are no fees to apply or to work for Direct Interactions.

What benefits do you offer?

As an employee with Direct Interactions, after 60 days worked*, you will have the option for health, medical and dental insurance.

What are your basic requirements?

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must reside in the U.S. and be legally able to work in the U.S.
  • Earned a high school diploma or G.E.D.

What skills and qualities are you looking for in your agents?

  • Possess a strong work ethic and be reliable
  • Demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Quickly identify issues and resolve problems
  • Build a positive rapport with customers and maintain a pleasant demeanor
  • Communicate clearly and effectively via email/chat

What are your technical requirements?

  • Service with a US based Internet Service Provider (cable, DSL, fiber optic)
  • USB headset with a microphone and a mute button
  • Google Chrome or Internet Explorer browsers
  • PC computers running Microsoft Windows 10 (no Macs, tablets, or Chromebooks)
  • Antivirus and malware/spyware software and firewall enabled
  • A second monitor is not required, but strongly recommended

Do you offer part-time or full-time positions?

We offer both part-time and full-time positions.

Are interviews conducted onsite?

We are a remote call center which means all interaction is done virtually. If you are invited to partake in our job tryout process, you will conduct the interview via our phone system over the computer. You must have a working PC, internet connection, a USB headset and about 20 minutes of time.

How much will I be paid?

Pay varies by state and campaign but is typically between $12.00 to $15.00 per hour. Pay frequency is bi-weekly.

How flexible is the scheduling?

It depends on the number of hours being offered at any given time as hours vary from project to project. Enjoy a work-life balance by setting your availability weekly.
