Grace, a young woman with Down syndrome, is one of the youngest business owners in Wisconsin. She decided at 19 that she was finished with school, but experienced difficulty trying to find a job in the community. Her company, Gracie’s Doggie Delights, was formed a year ago, and has since blossomed into a successful family business. Her day-to-day duties involve the weighing, packaging, and labeling of products, as well as assembling orders. She works very hard, making personal home deliveries and deliveries to several stores that carry her treats.
